1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website of ECO Automotive Bangladesh Limited ("ECO Automotive", "we", "our", or "us") at ecoautomotivebdltd.com.bd, booking a test drive, or placing an inquiry for the ECO CHITRA pure electric car, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Test Drive Requirements & Eligibility

To participate in an official ECO Automotive test drive at our experience centers or road demonstrations, drivers must meet the following mandatory criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Hold and present an original, valid, non-expired motor driving license issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA).
• Follow all safety instructions given by the accompanying ECO Automotive EV safety specialist.
• Adhere to all traffic laws of Bangladesh, including speed limits, seatbelt usage, and zero tolerance for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

3. Vehicle Inquiries & Pre-Orders

Submission of an online inquiry or pre-order form on this website constitutes an expression of commercial interest and does not form a binding contract of vehicle sale until an official Vehicle Purchase Agreement is signed, applicable deposit fees are received, and an official booking receipt is issued by ECO Automotive Bangladesh Limited.

Vehicle allocation and estimated delivery dates provided during pre-booking are indicative and subject to shipment arrivals, regulatory import clearances, and manufacturing queues.

4. Pricing, VAT & Registration Fees

All prices displayed or communicated online are subject to confirmation at our authorized showroom. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Quoted vehicle prices generally reflect ex-showroom rates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Government taxes, Advance Income Tax (AIT), Value Added Tax (VAT), municipal fees, BRTA vehicle registration, number plate issuance, and third-party or comprehensive motor insurance fees are payable additionally by the customer in accordance with Bangladesh prevailing laws.
• ECO Automotive reserves the right to adjust prices prior to final booking confirmation in response to fiscal policy changes or currency fluctuations.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including but not limited to vehicle design images, 360-degree renders, logos, trademarks ("ECO AUTOMOTIVE", "ECO CHITRA"), visual media, text, graphics, code, and user interface elements—is the exclusive intellectual property of ECO Automotive Bangladesh Limited or its licensors and is protected by Bangladesh and international copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Warranty & After-Sales Service

Vehicles delivered by ECO Automotive are accompanied by an official warranty booklet specifying the terms of our 1-Year Battery Warranty and 3-Year Vehicle Service Warranty. Warranty protections are conditional upon adhering to authorized service schedules and battery handling instructions outlined in our official Warranty and Service Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Bangladesh, ECO Automotive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this website, delay in communications, or temporary downtime of online booking features.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
